Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange within [3] days of receiving their order, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including tags, labels, and accessories).
- The item must match the order details (returns for wrong orders must be initiated within [3] days of delivery).
- Items marked as special offer, personalized products, or non-returnable items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Note: Assembled items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable after delivery and installation. Customers must verify product details before confirming the order.
Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must:
- Contact our customer service at [orders@nascofurniture.ae] with their order number and reason for return.
- Receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable courier service (return shipping cost may be covered by the customer or the company depending on the reason).
- Once received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within [3-5] business days to the original payment method.
Exchange Policy
Customers seeking an exchange must follow the return process and specify the preferred replacement item. If the requested item is unavailable, the customer may opt for:
- A store credit for future purchases.
- A refund processed according to our return policy.
Note: Exchanges are not possible for assembled items post-installation.
Refund Terms
Refunds will be issued as:
- Original payment method refunds (processed within [3-5] business days after return approval).
- Store credit (available immediately upon approval).
- Partial refunds if the item shows signs of use or missing accessories.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must report it within [3] days of delivery with clear photos for verification. We will offer:
- A replacement at no additional cost.
- A full refund for unusable products.
- An option for store credit based on customer preference.
Note: For assembled items, customers must report damages once the installation is completed. Later on, exchanges or returns will not be accepted.
Exceptions & Additional Information
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable.
- Return shipping costs may be deducted from refunds unless the return is due to an error by the company.
- The company reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions.
